Sport Specific Training.
Whether you are a professional athlete seeking to perfect your game, a determined competitor looking for that extra edge, or a weekend warrior intent on achieving peak performance in any competitive or recreational sport, we can help.
Elite Performance can assist you in optimizing your athletic performance before, during, and after the season in the sport of your choice.
Our programs are designed not only to develop an athlete's physical potential, but to provide fitness education that will empower an athlete for life.
Elite Performance also welcomes teams and groups to join our training programs. We also encourage inquiries from coaches and trainers interested in off-site group programs and instructional seminars. Athletes work together yet progress at their own rate, gaining strength and knowledge that not only helps them achieve their full potential, but helps create the foundation of athletic success.
With a Functional Resistance Exercise for Sustained Health (F.R.E.S.H.) membership, you receive a 1-hour initial evaluation and health screening with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Your individual program will be designed after a thorough evaluation of your current and previous health. Evaluation includes height, weight, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, heart rate, body mass index, waist/hip ratio and body fat %. Also included in the evaluation are any orthopedic issues, nutrition needs and your health and fitness goals.
Once your personal fitness program is created, you will receive a 1-hour gym orientation session with a CSCS to introduce you to the gym and equipment and walk you through your entire exercise routine. You will continue to meet quarterly with a CSCS to re-evaluate your health and fitness and adjust your program as needed to keep it fun and challenging.
We will track your fitness data and provide these reports to your Primary Care Physician as requested. You are given unlimited access to the gym facility during regular hours, regular vital checks whenever you need them and immediate access to our staff of trained healthcare professionals whenever you have a question or concern.
