"I want to thank the staff at OrthoSports for helping me achieve my goal. I was training for my first full marathon when I began experiencing various injuries which impacted my ability to run and caused a lot of pain. I was having problems with my IT bands, knees and other various areas in my legs. Peter and the staff were able to diagnose the root problems causing the pain and provided various treatments, therapy, stretching and exercise recommendations. Throughout several therapy treatments as well as following the recommendations outside of therapy, I was able to continue my training, without having to take a break. By marathon day I was healthy and injury free and successfully completed my race within my goal time!"

"Rather than buy a convertible, I decided to try running in the “run up” to my 50th birthday. After completing my first 5K, I developed a hasty plantar fasciitis injury. My primary physician directed me to Orthosports for treatment. The physical therapists at Orthosports solved that injury and several more since.

Once cured, I signed up for Mary’s personal training services. The transformation and its impacts on my running have been extraordinary. Since 2010, I have run numerous half-marathons and completed two marathons. Despite aging, my race times keep improving – a 4 hour marathon is within reach. This would not be happening without Mary’s thorough and detailed strength and core workouts. I strongly recommend her services for runners and anyone else who strives to improve or maintain their physical abilities."
